   On your Secondary template, "Related Items" seemed to refer to Tags. When I set up the blog, the 'related items' seemed to pull in from appearance/secondary options/slider category, but only allowed me to select from exisiting categories, not tags. Is there a way to change sliders to tags without changing the tags to categories (because such changes appear in all the category areas and thereby mix up categories and topics(my tags)).

   Is there a way to change the category headings at top so that all the subcategories are subsumed or imbedded under the parent to minimize clutter?

   Also, how does one pull in 'featured stories'? None of my postings go to this.

   Thanks, cannot wait to go live with this incredible template, it is the best I've seen.

   Did you set all "featured" options via the Secondary options page?
   You have to set your categories for the slider in order to show them up.
   It's at the wp theme admin page.

   Currently only categories are working form the dropdown list,
   to use "tags" the theme has to be completeley rewritten ;P

   The Category menu in the header shows all cats in a flat list, you can change that by using another category code, but then the subcats won't show up.

   Thanks, if the header categories were changed to show only the parent categories, would it affect the appearance of parent/subs in the widget "categories". If the changes can be limited to the header categories, how would the category codes be changed?

   Header cats won't touch any widget files,
   and here is the parent cat file,
   find this line in categories.php at /secondary/inc/

   <?php wp_list_categories('orderby=id&show_count=0&use_desc_for_title=1&depth=-1&title_li='); ?>

   and replace it with this line

   <?php wp_list_categories('orderby=id&show_count=0&use_desc_for_title=1&depth=1&title_li='); ?>

   then only parent cats will show up.

   Slider works like this: takes the first uploaded image,
   if smaller images are needed, upload smaller size ;P
