   Hi, not sure whether this counts as 'customisation', but im trying to change the text-links on the front page of speed theme (which links to previous posts) to clickable images instead. I already know how to upload images to wordpress/link to a url, the problem is that i cant work out how to insert the images into the desirable position and make them 'clickable'.
   Again im not sure is going somewhat beyond the intended purpose of the forum, but if you could nudge me in the right direction id be very grateful.

   Hi, sorry i meant a 'lead image'. I would like to have an image associated with each article on the homepage. Which if clicked on will then direct the reader to the article page itself.

   Just thought id add abit more detail to the above post - there doesnt seem to be a problem entering in the custom field's key & values (lead_image & url). I think the problem is likely to be somewhere in the index.php file or in the css stylesheet.

   I have looked around of solutions on the web, but most of them seem to be very specific to particular themes unfortunately.

   Well, uploading the appropriate image and using it at the certain post with the "lead_image" key will bring it on the frontpage.
   The original Speed theme shows no problems showing the lead or article_image.

   Looks like you have more errors resulting in your customization,
   i.e. the wrapper is out of order, means your layout spreads over full length, try to validate through validator.w3.org, then you'll find the error.

   Thanks Milo seem to have got it sorted now :)
   I still seem to be having some trouble customising several other aspects of the theme that i wanted to changethough. i'll be in touch soon to see if we can arrange a price for a few minor customisations of the Speed theme. Speak soon.

   I am still playing around with your buddy press theme (ines, detox, speed).
   I am wondering if all of them using the same method to put the lead image and article image by using the "lead_image" and "article_image" key.

   Search the forum here before posting, no cfield needed, themes have auto loader of post images (except of speed).
