I am having problems with the BTExtended theme in Internet Explorer. The header image will not show in browser and either will my video overlay images. They work fine in FF and Chrome.
I am also having a problem with my sidebars cutting off the right side of my images when viewed in smaller monitors.
Can you please be of assistance and point me in the right direction. The url is thebalanceyouneed.com

I figured out why the images were getting cut off when shrinking down the theme. Once i added the link url to my images they were ok.
Still haven't figured out the internet explorer problem and not showing the header image. Could it be caused by the same issue no header image link url being used causing IE to ignore the image file?

Latest Bt Ex version is Thematic powered, is Thematic enabled?

I was reading up on thematic and i get what you are talking about now.
My question is this?
I have heavily modified my theme and If i upload the thematic parent theme will it mess with any of the modifications that i have made to the betextended theme in any way?

I fixed the header background image by adding a space between )no-repeat now that shows up in explorer.
#header{clear:both;background:transparent url(images/header.jpg)no-repeat;width:100%;height:250px;
I will keep looking for solutions and reporting back until things are fixed.

Also "30" is the number of words in the excerpt by default correct?

well I went in and fixed my errors which were pretty much just alt tags for images and I missed a couple equal signs in my div tags.
However it is still telling me that my end tag for element "a" which is not open for 20 urls. so something in my code is throwing things off however I am not sure where the error is.
Did you add a register form to the btex theme?

the columns do shrink with browser size to adjust the window (called fluid design)
so does the image port shrink as well, thus the imgs are cut offpls fix the css errors, also add proper credits, ty.
