   Switched to this theme but unable to get the top slider to work. Does not work in IE or Mozilla. Chose the category and added 3 posts to that category with no luck. The center one and bottom one work fine.

   Replace the code with:

   <script type="text/javascript">
   if ( jQuery('ul.sf-menu').superfish() ) {
   jQuery('ul.sf-menu').superfish();
   }
   </script>

   Fixed!

   Perfect, will include this fix into the theme, ty Ronnie ;P

   There is a bug in register.php file in themes/newyorker/registration

   pls rename the file while I fix this error.
