   Hello! i have solved the problem with the slider. but im still looking in the Style.css where is the directive for change the color of the two orange bar on the top ( http://electronews.net/mu) .
   any ideas?

   Open your stylesheet and find this
   #E6E2D9
   #F2641A
   #645C4F

   these are the three colors used throughout the design,
   suggest to use a search and replace function.

   i have replaced all the #F2641A wit #000000 with no solution , the bars remains orange!
   there is another style file for that thing?

   I suggest to check if all colors were changed,
   by looking at your CSS it appears it's not changed at all places.

   Use this handy tools
   Firebug
   Web Developer
   for better working with CSS.
