   Where is the plugin folder for this theme?

   First : there is no plugin folder for the Bullit WP theme.
   Second : functions are built into the functions file
   Third : you might read the README file again for configuration.

   Looks like one of your plugins us using the same js library like the theme,
   check this from your header:
   ../wp-includes/js/prototype.js?ver=1.6
   ../wp-includes/js/scriptaculous/scriptaculous.js?ver=1.8.0
   what are this library calls good for?

   Solution: disable your plugins one by one to locate the misbehaving pi class.
