   Hi I uploaded latest thematic, and BT Extended and attempted to activate, I get the following error message;

   Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _verifyactivate_widget() (previously declared in /hermes/bosweb/web096/b963/ipg.luxuryreviewcom/wp-content/themes/BTextended_Thematic/functions.php:1121) in /hermes/bosweb/web096/b963/ipg.luxuryreviewcom/wp-content/themes/thematic/functions.php on line 162

   Have tried another thematic child theme and says happens, so I know its not your theme,

   but really not sure how to fix have disabled or deleted all plugins that I already had still no go, any thoughts?

   ps have flipped over to artfull whilst I try to solve this,

   Milo by the way not sure which I think is more attractive your themes or you!!!!!

   Sorry, I can't rebuild the mentioned error. As you already stated, this has nothing to do with Thematic or BT Extended. Both themes do not use the mentioned function. And this function is not even listed in the WP core.

   The only thing I can suggest is to delete Thematic and BT Extended, get a fresh copy of Thematic and a fresh copy of BT Extended, install Thematic and install BT Extended.

   Just in case .. make sure that you have a backup in place!

   tried that before postin chris,

   Must be something tucked away somewhere from a previous theme or plugin maybe
