Hi Milo;

I think that your templates are terrific.

I am attempting to set up two Blogs using WordPress. I really like Munch and Fog for their visual impact and I think that these themes nicely complement the flavour of the sites. A great discovery!

I am busy trying to learn enough CSS so that I can be independent in implementing a few modifications, but it is a daunting task. I apparently know just enough to be dangerous.

The first thing that occurred to me is that it might be helpful if I only had to find my way around one theme, so I would like to use the Fog theme for both of them, but introduce the Munch graphics to one of them to differentiate each.

I think that in time I can figure out how to migrate the Much graphic elements to Fog, For testing it I just moved the bg.jpg of the header, and it needs some work.

When I do this it is obvious because of where the navigation lives that I will need to modify the nav titles. I figured out how to modify the font size, but after a few hours I am still stymied as to how to change the colour which will improve the readability issue caused by where they land on the graphic.

As well, although I could probably use the “Pages”, I would really like to ad another nav title to directly access (in one step) a page. Trying to accomplish this has confounded me too.

I suspect that you have probably already provided guidance to a number of lost souls like myself on these matters. If it exists, could you please point me to anywhere where there may be a few hints to help me along the path? It could be a while before I get my CSS skills up to speed and I am looking forward to beginning my adventure in Blogging.

Thank you so much.

Cheers,

Ray

Due to client works the schedule of updating themes is pushed back,
however the fixes in most of my older themes are nearly finished
including Fog/Munch.

Be sure to download them from my site: 3oneseven.com/wp-themes
when updated, which will be announced here and at my main site,
as the official WordPress themeviewer is dead since last year.

Btw: Fog/Munch was initially not coded for sidebar widgets,
but the new version will include it amongst other goodies.

I'm curious if you were able to figure out what was causing the themes to not appear correct? I've checked the download links and the theme hasn't been updated since 2007.

Do you like the black bar of the "Fog" WordPress theme?
Otherwise I'll take it away from the updated versions,
which will have more features too.

I really enjoy Munch 3.17 & Fog 3.17 but while trying to customize the widgets the black bars do not seem to align properly. The original also seems to have an issue with the alignment under the calculator on an unmodified sidebar 1. Also on a post where I included a picture the bar doesn't appear underneath the post but under the picture.
I'm viewing this on Firefox 2.0.0.14, I'm not sure if that makes a difference. Any help working with the script to make it look more appealing would be greatly appreciated.
