Just add the key "lead_image" and value your "image url" for the post, then the slider will load this image. The code that is distributed with this theme does not contain a valid web address. So if it wouldn't be any trouble, if you could just post a snipet of code you would like me to put back into the footer for your credit I would be happy to insert it. However, I also use Nextgen Gallery to display my pics and when I use your theme my pics look very washed out or faded. I am unsure as to what is causing this but it does not do this with any of the other themes I have used. Do you have any ideas for me to try, I would really like to get the true quality of my pics to display and use your theme. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
